How do I obtain current or expired certificates or add a new certificate holder to my policy?
Log into your account to access helpful CRNA/nurse anesthesiologist insurance policy documents. Within the “My Current Policy Information” page you can:
- Print your expired certificates
- Print your current certificate of insurance
- Modify certificate holder information
If you prefer, you can email your request to insuranceverification@aana.com or fax it to 800-547-2220. These requests typically require 7–10 days for turnaround/response.
