How do I report a claim?
In the event of a CRNA/nurse anesthesiologist malpractice insurance claim, please have the following information available:
- Date of the incident
- Patient information (name, age, gender)
- Facility information (name and address)
- A brief description of the incident

How do I request a change to my current policy?
To make a change to your current policy, visit aana.com/malpractice then click on My Policy, then Make a Change.
You have the ability to request the following changes:
- Mailing address
- Location of practice
- Policy type
- Change limits of liability
- Cancellation
